Website terms of use.
These terms apply to use of the Nirohe website and project enquiry form. Any actual client work is governed separately by a written services agreement.
1. Site operator and acceptance
This website is operated by Nirohe.
By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
2. Website content
Content on this site is provided for general information about Nirohe and its services. It is not legal, financial, security, or other professional advice, and it should not be treated as a substitute for tailored advice.
Nirohe aims to keep the site accurate and current, but does not guarantee that every page will always be complete, current, or free from error.
3. Acceptable use
You must use the site lawfully and must not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, abuse the enquiry form, or use automated means in a way that places an unreasonable burden on the service.
If you submit information about another person, you must have authority to do so and to let Nirohe use that information to review and respond to the enquiry.
4. Enquiries and submitted material
Submitting a project enquiry does not create a contract, partnership, fiduciary relationship, or commitment for Nirohe to accept work. Any services engagement must be set out in a separate written agreement.
Information you submit remains yours, but you grant Nirohe a limited right to use it as needed to review the request, communicate with you, and manage related follow-up.
5. Intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, the site content, branding, text, layouts, graphics, and other material on this website are owned by Nirohe or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may view the site for your own internal business evaluation, but you must not reproduce, republish, or exploit substantial parts of it without permission except where law permits.
6. Availability, third-party services, and consumer law
The site may change, be suspended, or be withdrawn without notice. It may also rely on third-party services for hosting, forms, anti-abuse checks, traffic reporting, or external links. Nirohe is not responsible for third-party sites or services it does not control.
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including any applicable rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
7. Liability and governing law
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nirohe is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential loss arising from use of, or inability to use, the site.
