Do you work with internal teams or do the whole build?
Both. Nirohe can take on a full build phase or work alongside your existing team on a specific product, platform, or delivery problem.
How do you scope and price work?
Most work starts with a short scoping step. You get a written scope, the main risks, and either a fixed price or a capped phased estimate before build work starts.
How soon can you start, and what does the first phase usually take?
Start timing depends on the current workload and the shape of the project. The first phase is usually a focused scoping, audit, or discovery step that takes days or a couple of weeks, not a long open-ended kickoff.
Can we hire you for discovery, audit, or advisory only?
Yes. Nirohe can be engaged for a scoped discovery phase, architecture review, delivery audit, or targeted advisory work without committing to a full build straight away.
What happens after I submit an enquiry?
Your enquiry is reviewed directly. If the project looks like a fit, the next step is usually a short call or a scoped reply by email. If it is not the right fit, the reply should still make the next step clearer.
What happens after launch: handover, short-term support, or ongoing retained help?
The default is a proper handover so your team can own what was built. Some projects also include a short support period after launch, and ongoing retained help can be discussed when there is a clear operational need.
Do you sign NDAs and handle confidential code, infrastructure access, and internal product information?
Yes. Confidential product, codebase, infrastructure, and commercial information are handled as normal working constraints. NDAs can be signed where needed, and access should stay limited to what the work actually requires.
Where are you based?
Nirohe is based in Victoria, Australia and works with clients in Australia and internationally.
Can you work with our existing stack?
Usually yes. Nirohe can work inside an existing stack or recommend a change only when there is a clear reason. Astro, SolidJS, React, Next.js, Flutter, TypeScript, Python, Go, Terraform, and CDK are common, with delivery on GCP or AWS.
Do you build on WordPress, Drupal, Joomla, Magento, or other off-the-shelf CMS platforms?
No. Nirohe does not take on website builds based on off-the-shelf CMS platforms like WordPress, Drupal, Joomla, Magento, or similar systems. If the project needs CMS-style editing or structured content management, that can be built as a custom platform using React, SolidJS, or Next.js. Content migration, SEO migration, and whether the work covers marketing pages, product-facing websites, or both are scoped as part of the project and can affect pricing depending on the amount of work involved.
