This policy describes what the site collects today, how it is used, and which third-party services support hosting, anti-abuse controls, traffic reporting, and enquiry handling.

What is collected
The site collects enquiry details, technical metadata, and limited anti-abuse information.
If you submit the project enquiry form, the site collects the details you enter, including your name, email address, company, selected service options, project context, and the consent confirmation attached to the form.
When the form is submitted, the backend also records technical metadata needed to protect and process the request, including the request time, IP address, browser user agent, referrer, a generated submission identifier, and any Turnstile verification token required to reduce automated abuse.
The site may also rely on Cloudflare-provided traffic reporting for high-level page and traffic-source trends, and the browser may temporarily retain limited first-party attribution details in session storage so an accepted enquiry can keep its landing-page and UTM context.
How information is collected and used
Information is collected directly from you and used for enquiry handling, security, and site improvement.
Most personal information is collected directly from you when you complete the enquiry form. Technical information may also be collected automatically when you browse the site or complete an anti-bot challenge.
Nirohe uses this information to assess whether the project is a fit, respond to your enquiry, manage follow-up, maintain security logs, detect misuse, and improve the performance and usability of the site.
The site is not built to collect sensitive information. Please do not submit health information, government identifiers, payment details, or other unnecessary sensitive material through the enquiry form.
Traffic reporting and attribution
Traffic reporting stays lightweight, and enquiry attribution stays first-party.
Nirohe uses Cloudflare-provided traffic reporting for high-level website usage such as page and traffic-source trends. The site does not depend on a third-party behavioural analytics SDK for CTA, funnel, or form-event tracking.
The browser stores limited first-party attribution details only in session storage, such as the landing page, submission page, referrer origin, and UTM campaign parameters seen in the same browser session. If you submit the enquiry form, those details may be included with the stored lead record.
Disclosure and overseas providers
Information may be shared with infrastructure, anti-abuse, traffic-reporting, and operations providers that support the site.
Depending on the configured environment, enquiry and usage information may be disclosed to Cloudflare services used to host the site, provide traffic reporting, and verify Turnstile checks, and to an approved webhook, CRM, or operations tool used to manage project follow-up.
Other recipient locations depend on the providers Nirohe enables for hosting, anti-abuse controls, traffic reporting, and lead management. This section should be reviewed whenever the enabled provider stack changes or additional recipient locations become practical to list.
Information may also be disclosed where reasonably necessary to obtain professional advice, enforce legal rights, respond to security incidents, or comply with law.
Storage, retention, and security
Reasonable safeguards are used, and information should only be kept for as long as it remains needed.
The site uses form validation, optional anti-bot controls, and server-side delivery patterns to reduce misuse and unnecessary exposure of submitted data. No internet-connected system is perfectly secure, so you should avoid sending information that is unnecessary for the enquiry.
Nirohe aims to retain personal information only for as long as it is reasonably required for the enquiry, follow-up, legal, security, or record-keeping purpose for which it was collected, after which it should be deleted or de-identified where appropriate.
Access, correction, and complaints
You can request access, correction, or raise a privacy complaint using the privacy contact details below.
To ask for access to personal information, request a correction, or make a privacy complaint, contact the Privacy Officer using the details listed in this policy. General project questions can still be sent through the contact page.
Nirohe aims to acknowledge privacy requests and complaints promptly and to provide a substantive response within 30 days where practical.
If you are not satisfied with the outcome, you may be able to complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
Updates
This policy should be reviewed whenever the enquiry workflow, traffic-reporting or attribution tooling, or service providers change. Last updated: 24 April 2026.
